Deactivating a patient's account

In this article

    1. From the Oleena® web portal, click on a patient's name to open their profile.

    2. From the Overview tab, click Deactivate account.

    3. A pop-up message appears. Confirm that you want to deactivate the patient's account by clicking OK.

    • Deactivating a patient's account

    Oleena® is intended for use by healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their adult patients with cancer as an aid for the management of symptoms experienced during the oncology treatment phase. Oleena® includes a Symptom Management Advisor intended to provide personalized direction to the patient in response to symptom-related data, within the scope of a preplanned treatment program from a healthcare professional for symptom management, similar to the directions provided to patients as a part of routine clinical practice in order to support effective symptom management. Oleena® includes software intended for use on commercially available mobile platforms, personal computers, in the home or in professional healthcare settings and uses generally available networks and communication protocols. Oleena® is not intended to replace the care provided by a licensed healthcare professional, including prescriptions, diagnosis or treatment. Not to be used during pregnancy.
