    You have opened Oleena® and cannot remember your Access Code (not Password) to access the application.

    1. Tap Reset my access code.

    2. Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth on the next screen then tap Next.

    3. Tap OK to send a temporary password to your email address.

    4. Check your email to obtain the temporary password.

    5. Open Oleena then enter the temporary password and tap Log in.

    6. The next window allows you to turn on notifications for Oleena:

        • Press Go To Settings to set up notifications.
        • Press GOT IT to set up notifications at a later date.

    7. Enter a new access code. Enter it again to confirm.

    8. You now have access to Oleena.
